The hotel's location is great, close to Punta Gorda airport, downtown for easy access, and near the fountain. the room had amazing views of the sunset and was located right on the beautiful bay. the fish bar at the hotel was fantastic.

The room is decent sized and includes a large bathroom. It is located in the heart of the city.

Our room was never cleaned on the 2nd (of 4 ) day. I called the front desk and they delivered 2 bath towels. They did not seem overly concerned. The following morning I spoke to the manager. He was very apologetic and gave us a ticket for a free hot breakfast. I felt he handled it very well. Need a make up mirror and a shelf on the bathroom wall.

The room was clean and spacious with two comfortable queen-sized beds and all the necessary amenities, while the location was convenient with beautiful surroundings and close to the city center with vibrant nightlife.

I loved the decor and the bedding. It was a great value for the money we paid. We booked thru Booked.net for just one night. When we saw the room, we asked to extend our stay for two more nights at the same price and they agreed to that price. It was clean and fresh and we had a great view of the water.

This place has a great central location, within walking distance of natural beauty, with really polite staff, excellent breakfast, and well-appointed rooms.

Our stay was wonderful. The atmosphere was excellent. The marina view was beautiful. The grounds and the rooms inviting. The staff was warm, courteous and helpful. They made you feel welcome. We will return again. Our best and compliments to the owner who was on the premises at times.

The staff were pleasant and nice. the service offered was amazing. - the room was extremely spacious and updated with a great view. - Check out is at noon, as for instance. - the breakfast was very, very good and a nice touch.

Hard to access from street

Very friendly and helpful staff. We ate in the hotel one evening and were impressed with the quality. We will stay here again.

Your hotel is very relaxing. The decor is very simple and uncluttered yet elegant. The rooms are spacious and very well appointed. The bathroom is large and very clean. The door, to say the least, is unique. We found the hotel to be immaculate. The room crew did an exceptional job. The entire staff was terrific. Everyone we encountered from the desk to the people cleaning greeted us and asked how our stay was. I am a fisherman so I was pleasantly surprised when I found out I could get bait and tackle at the hotel. I always bring my own rods and reels to Florida, just in case. Not needing a license to fish the hotel pier was a plus and the fishing was good. We loved the hotel and the location was great. If we were a little younger we could easily have walked in to the downtown area. I ate breakfast all four days at the hotel and the food was great. I'm sorry we didn't get a chance to try the restaurant for dinner. All in all this was a great stay and we will definitely return and also recommend you to our friends.

There was nothing we didn't like about the hotel. The only thing that was a little disappointing was we paid for a "harbor view" room #309 and the view from our window was a palm tree albeit you could see the harbor through the tree. A small problem and the tree was pretty. .
